Location: Must be based in the U.S. and able to commute to a hirify.global Hub for in-person engagement.

Salary: $115,000 - $200,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Conduct deep dives and root cause analysis on deteriorating models to identify underlying issues.
• Develop tactical and strategic action plans to address model performance issues.
• Author narratives for ongoing model monitoring executive summaries.
• Develop enhanced reporting to support fraud model performance monitoring.
• Partner with advanced modeling teams to drive targeting and treatment solutions.
• Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd line teams to ensure strong governance and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Credit, Marketing, Risk, or Collections (or 9+ years without a degree).
• 3+ years of experience with statistical tools such as SAS, Python, or Tableau.
• Expert level proficiency with Excel.
• 3+ years of experience in retail, business, installment loans, or private label credit.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
