What you will do

• Lead strategic risk problem-solving efforts by engaging stakeholders and conducting deep research and analysis.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic developments using data analytics and AI-assisted tools.
• Build and maintain scalable approaches to risk monitoring and intelligence synthesis.
• Translate complex risk analysis into concise, executive-ready communications for board materials and senior leadership briefings.
• Act as a trusted advisor by synthesizing big-picture perspectives in complex and dynamic situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in the insurance industry across strategy consulting, risk management, or finance.
• 2+ years of experience with visualization and presentation tools (Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint).
• 1+ years of experience conducting structured research to support complex strategic questions.
• Must be located in or able to work from Springfield or Boston, MA.
