What you will do

• Define and build AI/ML model governance policies, processes, and control frameworks in partnership with enterprise risk teams.
• Execute model risk assessments for generative AI and advanced analytics solutions across design, development, and monitoring phases.
• Perform independent reviews and challenges of AI models, focusing on data sourcing, training approaches, and validation methods.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to embed effective controls into AI systems.
• Assess and manage third-party and vendor model risks associated with AI platforms and tools.
• Monitor emerging regulatory guidance and industry standards for responsible AI.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise in models, technology, and AI/ML risk.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to translate complex technical risks into actionable insights.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Unable to sponsor employment visas, including CPT/OPT.
