What you will do

• Develop and optimize business and risk strategies across various products and geographies using advanced analytics.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends and portfolio performance to adjust operational strategies and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with Engineering and ML teams to design and interpret performance metrics for scalable risk and fraud models.
• Translate evolving regulatory and market requirements into analytical policies and product design recommendations.
• Oversee the execution of analytical frameworks for new product launches and market entries.
• Mentor junior analysts and implement AI-assisted workflows to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in an analytical role within consumer lending, credit, or fintech.
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Expertise in data mining, visualization, and statistical modeling, including machine learning applications.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
