Senior Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $145,000–$205,000 per year in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT; $128,000–$188,000 per year in all other U.S. states.

What you will do

• Develop and optimize business, risk, and growth strategies across products and geographies.
• Monitor portfolio performance and macroeconomic trends to balance growth and risk.
• Partner with Engineering and Machine Learning teams to build and interpret metrics for risk, fraud, and growth models.
• Translate regulatory and market requirements into analytical policy and product recommendations with Product, Legal, and Compliance.
• Oversee analytical frameworks, product launches, and market-entry decisions.
• Engage merchants, vendors, and partners while building AI-assisted workflows and mentoring junior analysts.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in an analytically driven role within consumer lending, credit, or fintech.
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Expertise in data mining, data visualization, statistical modeling, and applying machine learning to business or risk problems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering.
• Understanding of consumer lending regulations, regional market dynamics, and macroeconomic factors.
