What you will do

• Define and drive the company-wide AI roadmap, prioritization frameworks, and executive alignment with a relentless focus on business outcomes.
• Redesign enterprise workflows into AI-native, automated processes in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems, including agentic workflows, owning the full lifecycle from scoping to monitoring and iteration.
• Architect scalable LLM systems such as RAG, unified context layers, and integration frameworks connecting enterprise data sources.
• Lead data and platform engineering for reusable enterprise AI capabilities, including pipelines, integration layers, and shared infrastructure.
• Establish AI governance, risk management, data access, security standards, and responsible AI usage practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives, with demonstrated ownership from strategy through execution.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML roles with strong proficiency in Python and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems that deliver measurable business impact.
• Deep expertise in LLM-based systems, including RAG architectures, prompt engineering, tool integration, and enterprise use of foundation models.
• Strong foundation in data engineering and architecture (ETL/ELT, pipelines, APIs, Lakehouse environments, and data quality/governance).
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills to align technical teams and executive stakeholders.
