Senior AI Builder (AI)

Location: Remote within Europe

Salary: $100,000–$200,000 USD per year, depending on experience

AI-led product company developing recruitment, interview, and consultancy platforms, with a strong focus on AI-assisted coding, AI agents, low-code tooling, and rapid product delivery.

What you will do

• Build and ship full-stack web features independently.
• Design and deploy AI agent workflows and internal automation tools.
• Use AI coding tools daily to accelerate product delivery.
• Evaluate and integrate low-code and no-code platforms.
• Work with product owners to clarify requirements, make decisions, and prototype new tools.
• Own deployment, testing, monitoring, production fixes, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience.
• Strong experience building and shipping products independently, with evidence such as GitHub repositories, portfolios, demos, side projects, or shipped products.
• Daily experience with AI coding tools and hands-on work with AI agents, LLM tools, and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Strong experience with Node, React, REST APIs, AWS or similar cloud platforms, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong product mindset, decision-making skills, clear documentation habits, and comfort working through ambiguity.
• Strong remote communication skills and the ability to work independently without hand-holding.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Next, prompt engineering, CI/CD, Git, databases, low-code or no-code platforms, vector databases, RAG, or multi-agent frameworks.
• Experience with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, Lovable, v0, Bolt, or Devin.
