What you will do

• Build and ship full-stack web features independently from end to end.
• Design and deploy complex AI agent workflows and automation tools.
• Utilize AI coding tools daily to accelerate product delivery and experimentation.
• Evaluate and integrate low-code/no-code platforms into the product ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product owners to define requirements and make technical decisions.
• Own the full lifecycle including deployment, testing, monitoring, and production fixes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience.
• Strong experience using AI coding tools daily (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Devin).
• Proven ability to build and ship products independently.
• Strong product mindset and comfort working with ambiguity.
• Evidence of building (GitHub, portfolio, or shipped products).

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Next.js, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of vector databases, RAG, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
