Location: Remote or Hybrid (USA: Seattle, San Francisco; Australia: Sydney). Hiring is available in any country where hirify.global has a legal entity.

Salary: $149,400 - $235,000 (base pay varies by geographic pay zone)

What you will do

• Collaborate on the technical design and launch of complex AI/ML infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Deliver cutting-edge solutions used by other hirify.global teams to implement AI features for millions of customers.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain a strong engineering culture through code reviews and documentation.
• Partner across engineering teams to lead company-wide initiatives spanning multiple AI projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building Machine Learning and AI infrastructure/platforms.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Proven experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance distributed systems for ML.
• Deep experience implementing MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for model training and monitoring.
• Hands-on expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and GPU compute resources.
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Spark, Ray, or Dask.

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI frameworks, fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), and building RAG systems.
• Familiarity with Go, Java, or Scala.
