Salary: $142,800 - $160,000

What you will do

• Design and build AI agents, copilots, and RAG-based automation workflows directly inside client environments.
• Develop production-quality code to scale AI pilots into full-scale deployments.
• Integrate AI tools with legacy IT and operational technology (OT) platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Build reusable technical accelerators, reference architectures, and code libraries for the ETI practice.
• Mentor junior technical talent and contribute to technical hiring and practice development.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience building and shipping software or AI/ML solutions in production.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Proficiency in Python and experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems or industrial OT environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in Energy & Utilities, Transportation, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Expertise with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AWS Bedrock, or Azure AI.
• Experience in client-facing technical delivery or consulting roles.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and model evaluation.
