What you will do

• Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity, and monitor bank account balances.
• Handle wire transfers, ACH activity, and banking administration.
• Maintain treasury systems and prepare banking documentation and compliance files.
• Support debt management, investment tracking, and intercompany funding.
• Collaborate with Accounting for accurate transaction recording and financial analysis.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX requirements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Austin, US (Hybrid)
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Experience with treasury management systems such as Kyriba, GTreasury, SAP, or Oracle.
• Understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success.
• CTP certification or active progress toward certification.
