What you will do

• Coordinate weekly priorities and deadlines with Account Managers for marketing campaigns.
• Approve various Market Drivers including Trade Up, Service, Recall, and Lease End programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing Service Representatives to ensure production process efficiency.
• Provide ROI reporting and manage budget approvals for marketing initiatives.
• Update owner touch notifications and assist in resolving open support tickets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive retail dealer or vendor customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proven track record of success and excellent professional references.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive problem-solving attitude.
• Must be willing to travel overnight as required.
