What you will do

• Evaluate service customer experience using data to drive loyalty and performance improvements.
• Analyze marketing and digital presence against OEM brand direction and market trends.
• Consult with dealer operators to grow fixed operations and maximize parts program revenue.
• Prepare and deliver data-driven presentations for remote dealer contacts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven experience in delivering data-driven presentations to management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
