What you will do

• Own annual and quarterly planning cycles for global fleet operations.
• Synthesise fleet performance data and operational metrics into strategic recommendations.
• Lead headcount modelling and budget planning in partnership with Finance and People teams.
• Drive high-priority, cross-functional special projects and operational initiatives.
• Design and maintain the operational cadence, including OKR tracking and leadership forums.
• Develop executive-level materials for board updates and leadership reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Sunnyvale, CA.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or in a strategy/operations role at a high-growth tech company.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in large-scale data modelling.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in fleet management, logistics, or mobility sectors.
• Familiarity with autonomous vehicles or deep-tech environments.
• Proficiency with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Looker, or SQL.
• Experience building OKR frameworks or business case development.
