What you will do

• Serve as the lead point of contact for Smart Supply clients post-agreement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive support and strategic engagement.
• Collaborate with Planning and Strategy teams to build deal proposals and campaign strategies.
• Lead strategic campaign kickoff meetings and align stakeholders on objectives and success metrics.
• Monitor live campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery anomalies, and provide data-driven insights.
• Partner with Sales and Ad Operations to drive account expansion and ensure execution accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA or Canada
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of client-facing programmatic advertising experience working within DSPs and SSPs
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills within the ad tech ecosystem
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts to internal teams and agency partners
• Highly organized with a results-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks
