What you will do

• Coordinate and execute patching and vulnerability remediation across server environments.
• Resolve incidents and problems related to hosting infrastructure to ensure service reliability.
• Manage server lifecycle activities including provisioning, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Collaborate with Security, Application, and Infrastructure teams to drive remediation outcomes.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standards.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational and security tasks.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience operating in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end vulnerability management and remediation.
• Broad technical literacy in Windows/Linux OS, web servers, and encryption standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, VMware, Active Directory, and DNS.
• Proven ability to lead remediation initiatives through influence and stakeholder management.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as PowerShell or Ansible.

Nice to have

• Certifications in security, infrastructure, or cloud technologies.
• Experience working in ISO-governed environments.
• Background in Hosting Operations, Service Desk, or Cloud Operations.
