Location: Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Plan, implement, administer, and support network infrastructure and customer enterprise network solutions.
• Provide Level III network support and troubleshoot network problems, outages, and complex SIP VoIP and IP internetworking issues.
• Design system configurations, build network connections, configure routers, and maintain network equipment and data servers.
• Establish, document, and enforce network and security standards, policies, and access controls.
• Collaborate with network architects on optimization and schedule network upgrades.
• Mentor team members and act as an escalation point for network-related issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience, a relevant degree, or equivalent training and experience.
• Experience designing, troubleshooting, operating, and improving large enterprise, carrier-grade SIP VoIP, Internet backbone, or IP service provider networks.
• Hands-on knowledge of IP routing and switching, including VRF, OSPF, BGP, route redistribution, Spanning Tree, DSCP, MP-BGP, and MPLS VPN.
• Experience with carrier-grade VoIP infrastructure, hosted PBX platforms, SBC clusters, and endpoint devices.
• Strong practical knowledge of Juniper, Cisco, and Adtran routers and switches, plus Wireshark analysis.
• Ability to work in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines, including off-hours, nights, and weekends when required.

Nice to have

• Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge.
