TL;DR
Network Analyst I (SD-WAN): Supporting managed SD-WAN and enterprise network services for FIS clients with an accent on circuit troubleshooting, network monitoring, and incident resolution. Focus on coordinating with carriers and ISPs, configuring network environments, resolving Layer 1–3 connectivity issues, and maintaining service documentation.
Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid with three days in-office and two days virtual. Shift: PH night shift.

What you will do
- Troubleshoot circuit-related and Layer 1–2 connectivity issues across SD-WAN deployments.
- Coordinate with carriers, ISPs, vendors, partners, and customers to resolve network incidents.
- Perform basic configuration in SD-WAN and legacy network environments.
- Monitor network performance, respond to incident tickets, and document resolutions in ServiceNow.
- Complete network change requests within service-level agreements and maintain network services documentation.
- Prepare activity reports and provide customer service for managed network services.
Requirements
- Experience supporting and operating SD-WAN environments, preferably VeloCloud SD-WAN by Arista.
- Knowledge of WAN technologies, including BGP, dynamic routing, static routing, and circuit troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, VLANs, and switching concepts.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki and enterprise network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and ticketing platforms such as Zabbix and ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills in a managed network services environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with FHRP protocols such as HSRP, VRRP, or GLBP.
- Knowledge of NAT, AAA/TACACS authentication, and access control solutions.
- Familiarity with Aruba ClearPass or similar NAC platforms.
- Experience supporting managed SD-WAN services for enterprise customers.
- Exposure to Cisco routing and switching environments and legacy WAN technologies.
