What you will do

• Deliver digital workplace projects from discovery and design through implementation, migration, and transition to operations.
• Design and implement Microsoft-based workplace solutions using Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and workplace security services.
• Facilitate customer workshops, technical assessments, and solution review sessions.
• Provide technical leadership, identify risks, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Support pre-sales through solution design, effort estimation, technical proposals, and customer presentations.
• Contribute to automation, reusable delivery assets, service innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience delivering modern workplace, cloud, or digital workplace solutions for customers.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and modern collaboration platforms.
• Understanding of identity management, endpoint management, workplace security, and cloud-based services.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, customer-focused approach.
