NOC Engineer (SASE), Philippines (Cloud Networking/Security): Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network and system issues for a cloud-delivered enterprise networking and security platform with an accent on customer support, network protocols, and service availability. Focus on diagnosing production incidents, escalating system alerts, and coordinating with engineering, product management, sales, and finance across 24/7 operations.
Location: Remote home-office anywhere in the Philippines, working European/EMEA hours from 13:00 to 22:00 Philippine time, with occasional weekend coverage.

What you will do
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and system issues in a 24/7/365 shift-based environment.
- Investigate customer issues and system alerts, identify solutions, and escalate incidents when required.
- Own customer issues through resolution while maintaining ongoing communication and periodic meetings.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, finance, and other internal teams to maintain service availability.
- Track customer status, identify areas of concern, and contribute to the growth of Global Support Services.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills with an emphasis on networking, TCP/IP, firewalls, and proxy servers.
- Familiarity with ISP technologies, DNS, DHCP, NAT, HTTP/HTTPS, VPNs, IPSec, and network security protocols.
- Familiarity with BGP, OSPF, OSI, WAN, SD-WAN, and MPLS.
- Experience with cloud and SaaS technology providers and troubleshooting technical problems in production environments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work Philippine-based remote shifts during European/EMEA hours and provide occasional weekend coverage.
