What you will do

• Lead the outcome-focused delivery and strategy of ServiceNow ITAM capabilities (HAM & SAM).
• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow features while enforcing technical governance and code quality standards.
• Integrate on-premise and SaaS provider applications (e.g., MS Office, Adobe, InTune, Jamf) using Service Graph Connectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, and Finance to align solutions with business needs.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and automate repetitive tasks using scripting and Flow Designer.
• Advocate for ServiceNow as the enterprise AI digital front door and asset management platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration in the ITAM domain.
• Proven experience implementing CMDB/CSDM, ServiceNow Discovery, HAM, and SAM.
• Current ServiceNow implementation specialist certifications (Discovery, HAM, and/or SAM) and System Administrator certification.
• Strong competency in ITIL methodology and experience with REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Foundational knowledge of Glide APIs and platform programming languages (JavaScript, AngularJS, Python).

Nice to have

• ArchX (Architecture Excellence) or Certified Technical Architect designation.
• Exposure to Performance Analytics, AI Control Tower, and GRC modules.
