What you will do

• Lead project teams and complex programs to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Architect and design complex technical solutions and integration strategies.
• Facilitate client workshops, demos, and working sessions as a technical subject matter expert.
• Influence internal teams and external customers, including senior management, on technical approaches.
• Participate in pre-sales cycles to identify opportunities and scope services.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of future concepts and standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Expert-level subject matter expertise on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expert knowledge in at least two process areas within ServiceNow ITOM.
• Proven experience in architecting and integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and situational awareness skills.
• Ability to articulate trade-offs between different architectural approaches.
