What you will do

• Design and implement robust integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and middleware technologies.
• Configure and manage MID Servers, Integration Hub, and data replication processes.
• Analyze existing workflows to recommend process improvements and integration efficiencies.
• Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Ensure enterprise security and data integrity through proper authentication and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow integration projects.
• Strong expertise in REST/SOAP API design, authentication methods (OAuth, certificates), and data mapping.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HRMS, or business applications like Workday, Azure AD, or SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and HR Service Delivery modules.
• Experience with Event Management, Service Mapping, and Discovery integrations.
