Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and customize modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Service Portal.
• Create complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts using JavaScript and Flow Designer.
• Manage integration efforts with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Mentor and provide technical oversight to a team of ServiceNow developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architecture.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required for federal contract and security clearance.
• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher.
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Strong expertise in App Engine, Service Portal development, and custom application development.
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
• Proficiency in designing complex integrations using Integration Hub.
