What you will do

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, including forms, flows, business rules, and client scripts.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and implementation tasks.
• Support ITSM, CSM, and custom scoped applications within federal delivery environments.
• Manage integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders on sprint planning, testing, and defect triage.
• Document technical designs, data mappings, and configuration decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience in federal environments.
• U.S. Citizenship is required (ability to obtain Public Trust clearance).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and server-side/client-side development patterns.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and/or CSM modules.
• Strong ability to communicate technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) experience.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS in ITSM/CSM).
• Experience with UI Builder, Workspaces, or Performance Analytics.
• Exposure to AI capabilities or GenAI use cases within ServiceNow.
