What you will do

• Perform company-wide Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and analyze results for planning phases.
• Develop and maintain departmental business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Lead business and technology teams in executing continuity and recovery tests.
• Write comprehensive reports summarizing testing goals, execution, results, and recommendations.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the MIR3 mass notification system.
• Provide expertise to management and business units during business disruptions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5 years of business continuity planning experience, preferably in financial services.
• 4-year degree or 7 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Thorough knowledge of current business continuity and disaster recovery planning techniques.
• Working knowledge of IT technology infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
