Salary: $138,000 – $172,500

What you will do

• Assess business risks, internal controls, and process efficiency for healthcare clients to provide comprehensive management assessments.
• Oversee internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing engagements.
• Implement strategies for IT process optimization, cost reduction, fraud prevention, and compliance.
• Manage project scheduling, financial oversight, and quality reviews for engagements.
• Lead business development activities, including preparing proposals and creating thought leadership content.
• Mentor and develop staff, providing project-specific and year-end performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or MIS; Master's in Public Health or Health Administration preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar consulting role.
• 4+ years of direct experience with healthcare providers or life sciences companies.
• Required certifications: CPA, CISA, CISSP, CIA, or CISM.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, specifically Epic and/or Cerner.
• Strong knowledge of SOX 404 and regulatory bodies such as OIG and CMS.
