What you will do

• Design, expand, and maintain automated test suites and frameworks.
• Own component, sub-system, and automated system tests, including HIL regressions.
• Define QA practices, standards, and reporting procedures.
• Analyze, program, and debug test software for embedded and networked systems.
• Mentor less experienced team members on QA/QC methodologies.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and system test teams to mitigate project risks.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required due to ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Software QA automation.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, C# .NET, or Java.
• Experience with Linux, source control, and CI pipelines like GitLab.

Nice to have

• Experience testing embedded, robotics, or safety-critical software.
• Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and test tools.
