FP&A Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Own the Opex forecasting process, including rolling forecasts and budget tracking.
• Lead the annual operating planning process in partnership with organization-wide budget owners.
• Collaborate with department leaders to review financial performance and provide actionable insights.
• Manage the PR/PO financial workflow to ensure alignment with budgets and company policies.
• Perform budget versus actual (BvA) variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Enhance FP&A reporting, dashboards, and planning processes to increase efficiency and visibility.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A with hands-on experience managing Opex, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support financial planning.
• Experience working with procurement processes, including PO/PR workflows.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel for a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office).

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite and/or Pigment.
• Experience developing financial dashboards or automating reporting processes.
