Financial Analyst (Sustainable Waste Management)

Location: USA, Florida; works from home. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

What you will do

• Support the Area Controller and Facility Manager with facility finance transactions and analysis.
• Review requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, account and project coding, and procurement timing.
• Investigate accounts payable invoice exceptions and support timely month-end close.
• Develop KPI and expense analytics to improve cost management, budget accuracy, and forecast quality.
• Support inventory management, cycle and physical counts, maintenance planning, audits, and facility project modeling.
• Maintain data integrity across system tools and help improve finance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MACC preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PeopleSoft or a similar ERP; proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects accurately.
• Must already be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, including F-1 or J-1 visas and OPT/CPT extensions, is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, Smart View, or Analysis for Office.
• MBA or MACC.
