Salary: $69,100 - $91,900 USD per annum

What you will do

• Manage procure-to-pay transactions, including requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate account coding and timely receipt of goods and services.
• Investigate accounts payable match exceptions to expedite the month-end close process.
• Develop analytical views and deliver expense analytics to support cost management and KPI tracking.
• Assist with inventory stock management and the execution of physical counts.
• Prepare financial modeling and analysis for facility projects to optimize costs and business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA/MACC preferred).
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
• Experience with PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
