Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year (plus estimated $100,000 commission)

What you will do

• Drive expansion revenue by prospecting into existing accounts and selling solution-based offerings.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer executives and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand hirify.global’s footprint.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure account health and satisfaction.
• Accurately forecast upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the CRM.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Strong ability to partner and collaborate cross-functionally

• Experience selling into the Government Contracting (GovCon) industry
