What you will do

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of commercial accounts to maximize value and expand relationships.
  • Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including regular outreach and business reviews.
  • Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor customer adoption and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term success.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, new client acquisition, or relationship-focused sales.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated, resilient, and coachable mindset.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling or managing B2B SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Experience supporting SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, or SLED segments.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
