What you will do
- Take ownership of a portfolio of commercial accounts to maximize value and expand relationships.
- Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, including regular outreach and business reviews.
- Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor customer adoption and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term success.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management, new client acquisition, or relationship-focused sales.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive commercial outcomes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated, resilient, and coachable mindset.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience selling or managing B2B SaaS or technology solutions.
- Experience supporting SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, or SLED segments.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
