Salary: $90,000–$105,000 plus discretionary performance bonus

What you will do
- Partner with Delivery Leadership and Client Partner Leads to prioritize and execute growth opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end creation of cross-sell pitches and coordinate with subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with Finance and Resource Management to build pricing scenarios, SOWs, and staffing plans.
- Manage account planning and whitespace mapping to identify service expansion opportunities.
- Maintain high-velocity pipelines and data integrity within Salesforce for all renewals and expansions.
- Provide actionable insights to internal teams to proactively solve challenges and drive client growth.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Client Success, Revenue Enablement, or related fields.
- Strong strategic and business acumen with experience in account planning and whitespace mapping.
- Proven ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
- Familiarity with contract management and CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- Financial acumen to build sustainable deal structures and pricing scenarios.
