TL;DR

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 plus discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

  • Partner with Delivery Leadership and Client Partner Leads to prioritize and execute growth opportunities.
  • Own the end-to-end creation of cross-sell pitches and coordinate with subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Resource Management to build pricing scenarios, SOWs, and staffing plans.
  • Manage account planning and whitespace mapping to identify service expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain high-velocity pipelines and data integrity within Salesforce for all renewals and expansions.
  • Provide actionable insights to internal teams to proactively solve challenges and drive client growth.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in Client Success, Revenue Enablement, or related fields.
  • Strong strategic and business acumen with experience in account planning and whitespace mapping.
  • Proven ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with contract management and CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Financial acumen to build sustainable deal structures and pricing scenarios.
  • Top-tier project management and organizational skills.
