Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 CAD per year.

What you will do

• Build and support AI agents and intelligent workflows using Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, and Copilot Studio.
• Design AI-powered orchestration for configuration streamlining, onboarding automation, and data migration.
• Develop APIs and tools to connect LLM-based agents with enterprise systems using open integration standards like MCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality AI solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI workflows, including testing, deployment, monitoring, and output-quality evaluation.
• Contribute to the internal AI delivery model and promote best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in software or cloud engineering within SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure AI, Functions, Logic Apps).
• Proficiency in Python, C#, or TypeScript.
• Experience with AI agent orchestration, RAG, vector databases, and multiple LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud deployment practices.

Nice to have

• Understanding of healthcare data formats such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or Now Assist.
