What you will do

• Build, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of ~10 Solution Consultants across the Americas.
• Own a focused set of strategic deals and lead technical and commercial excellence in the region.
• Develop best practices for discovery, technical demonstrations, and POC/pilot delivery for enterprise clients.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Marketing to shape the roadmap, technical messaging, and GTM strategy.
• Optimize internal processes and enablement plans using AI and modern productivity tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal to align technical value with regulatory and compliance needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading pre-sales or Solutions Consulting teams in B2B SaaS enterprise companies.
• Deep expertise in Blockchain analytics, Digital Assets, or Crypto Compliance.
• Proven track record of building and scaling SC teams of approximately 10 people.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, integration workflows, cloud environments, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience designing tailored product demos and POCs for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with crypto transaction tracing or on-chain intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of financial crime, fintech, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or JavaScript for data manipulation and API testing.
• Proficiency with AI productivity apps, Zapier, and Notion.
