Treasury Implementation Consultant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to map client payment workflows and identify bottlenecks in wire, ACH, SEPA, and SWIFT processes.
• Advise clients on payment modernization strategies and migration to API-driven bank connectivity.
• Configure payment templates, approval workflows, and currency rules within the hirify.global Treasury platform.
• Design and execute data mapping scripts and payment format transformations.
• Manage ERP integrations with systems like SAP, Oracle, and Workday to ensure seamless data flow.
• Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for diagnosing and resolving complex payment connectivity issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in corporate payment operations, treasury consulting, or implementation roles.
• Deep expertise in multi-currency wire processing, SWIFT messaging, and domestic real-time payment rails.
• Hands-on experience with bank connectivity methods including SWIFT, SFTP/H2H, and direct bank APIs.
• Proficiency with TMS platforms such as Kyriba, GTreasury, or SAP TRM.
• Strong understanding of payment controls, sanctions screening, and fraud detection frameworks.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment with 10+ days of in-office collaboration per month.

• Experience using AI tools to accelerate configuration and documentation tasks.
• Financial fluency in cash positioning, payment netting, and FX settlement.
