TL;DR

Location: Hybrid with in-office collaboration 10+ days per month

What you will do

  • Lead discovery sessions to map client payment workflows and advise on payment modernization strategies.
  • Configure and test bank connectivity including SWIFT, H2H file exchange, and API integrations.
  • Serve as Tier 3 escalation for payment connectivity issues and collaborate on validating new bank connectors.
  • Configure payment templates, approval workflows, and currency rules within hirify.global Treasury.
  • Design and execute data mapping scripts and manage ERP integrations ensuring seamless payment data flow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate payment operations and treasury consulting.
  • Expertise with payment rails (wire, ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, RTP) and bank connectivity methods.
  • Proficiency with TMS platforms and ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Strong communication skills and consultative mindset for client-facing roles.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular office presence.
