Senior Implementation Consultant - Investment Management

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Jacksonville, FL; or San Francisco, CA

Base salary: USD 120,000–160,000 annually, depending on location and qualifications. Additional discretionary bonus and/or equity awards may be available.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Implementation Architects to define client Order Management and Portfolio Management requirements.
• Configure, test, and document front-office solutions, workflows, integrations, and customizations for the Genesis Platform.
• Manage functional delivery across multiple concurrent client implementations and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, readiness tracking, issue resolution, and transition to ongoing support.
• Lead OMS and Portfolio Management training for Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations teams, and other user groups.
• Support onsite and remote go-live events and use AI and automation tools to improve implementation workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in financial services or technology onboarding preferred.
• Project management, organization, prioritization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for managing internal and external expectations.
• Experience using AI tools for process automation and productivity enhancement.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, Windows Server environments, and technical tools.
