Professional Services Consultant (Hybrid) (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Clearwater, Florida; candidates must be located in the greater Tampa Bay area

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery sessions covering business objectives, technical requirements, architecture, workflows, integrations, and constraints.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs, technical requirements, and implementation plans.
• Lead configuration, integration, testing, validation, migration, and production deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical blockers and coordinate escalations with Product and Engineering.
• Provide API documentation, technical workshops, solution walkthroughs, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Prepare customer administrators and technical teams to operate and maintain deployed solutions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role at a SaaS/AI company or consulting firm.
• Familiarity with IT security concepts and AI/SaaS technologies.
• Experience with M365 and/or Google Workspace.
• Strong technical discovery, requirements-gathering, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, organization, and collaboration skills.
