What you will do

• Build and implement standardized global customs compliance systems for the US, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.
• Review all global import/export documentation, including declarations, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with international freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port terminals to ensure smooth clearance.
• Develop and execute risk response plans to handle customs clearance anomalies and minimize delays.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide specialized compliance training to internal logistics and warehousing teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of US Customs Bonds and ensure strict adherence to US CBP rules.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in global import and export customs clearance management.
• Valid work permit for full-time work in the US.
• Fluent English (oral and written) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in customs regulations of the US, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.
• Knowledge of US CBP rules, AMS/ISF anti-terrorism filings, and FCC ID certification standards.
• Experience in document management and data statistical analysis using Excel and logistics systems.

Nice to have

• Ability to speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• Experience with high-value containerized electronics shipped from Southeast Asia to the US.
• Professional certifications such as Customs Declarer, Inspection Declarer, or Logistics Specialist.
• Experience in dangerous goods clearance.
