What you will do

• Process shipment orders triggered by customers and book freight with nominated carriers.
• Provide quotations for warehousing, transportation, and documentation services.
• Coordinate with truckers for the movement of empty and laden containers between depots, customer premises, and ports.
• Prepare permits, applications, declarations, and Letters of Credit.
• Manage final shipping documents and monitor them for shipment clearance.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory customs and trade compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in timely daily shipment order execution and management.
• Proven ability in booking and shipment coordination.
• Knowledge of shipping document preparation and regulatory custom/trade compliance.
• Experience liaising with warehousing and transportation stakeholders.
