What you will do

• Manage regional distribution center operations and enforce company-wide trade compliance policies.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. and international customs, import/export controls, and sanctions regulations.
• Drive performance improvements in distribution centers, including inventory levels and delivery KPIs.
• Implement strategies to reduce non-moving stock and increase inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with ICT and SAP consultants to maintain FTP/EDI communication channels and ensure seamless data integration.
• Manage trade compliance programs, conduct internal audits, and oversee the duty drawback program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in International Trade compliance.
• Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
