What you will do

• Drive revenue growth across assigned strategic accounts and territories.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account and opportunity plans.
• Identify, qualify, and advance complex sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
• Build executive-level relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Lead territory planning, whitespace analysis, and pipeline development initiatives.
• Collaborate with field sales, technical teams, and business units to align customer solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of successful B2B sales, inside sales, or account management experience.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience managing large, complex enterprise opportunities and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Proficiency with SFDC systems, forecasting tools, and sales analytics.
• Experience selling SaaS, EDA, semiconductor, or engineering software solutions.

Nice to have

• Industry experience with hirify.global, OrCAD, Virtuoso, Ansys, Altium, Siemens Mentor Graphics, Solidworks, or PTC OnShape.
