What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across technology, commercial, and corporate functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop workforce planning strategies and align hiring plans with organizational goals.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent availability data to influence hiring decisions.
• Design and execute attraction strategies and proactive sourcing techniques to build robust global talent pipelines.
• Promote the employer brand and ensure a high-quality candidate experience across global markets.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, assessment methodologies, and hiring governance.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with substantial in-house experience.
• Proven track record in recruiting for FinTech, Financial Services, or B2B SaaS organizations.
• Experience managing international recruitment campaigns across markets such as UK, USA, Singapore, Australia, Cyprus, and Philippines.
• Expertise in talent mapping, proactive sourcing, and using recruitment analytics for decision-making.
• Ability to constructively challenge and influence senior stakeholders to drive evidence-based hiring.
• Proficiency with ATS tools, with Greenhouse experience being a significant advantage.
