• Partner with hiring managers and local People teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Execute headhunting and direct sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Write and post engaging job advertisements across various platforms.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and coordinate assessments for candidates.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Demonstrated track record in managing end-to-end recruitment for professional and technical roles.
• Strong expertise in headhunting and direct sourcing for hard-to-fill positions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
