What you will do

  • Lead the design of hirify.global’s executive sourcing framework, including standards for research, mapping, and candidate engagement.
  • Partner with executive recruiters on live searches, co-owning sourcing and research strategy and ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Design and embed a recruiter–sourcer partnership framework (role kick-offs, milestone check-ins, stakeholder touchpoints, feedback loops).
  • Build succession pipelines for C-suite and board roles and prioritize where time is spent for maximum impact.
  • Create and maintain in-depth market maps of leadership talent across hirify.global and adjacent industries.
  • Use analytics and market insights to improve search efficiency and effectiveness, including process “moon shots”.

Requirements

  • Significant experience sourcing and researching at executive or board level, either in-house or at a top-tier executive search firm.
  • Experience leading or building sourcing/research frameworks for an in-house function.
  • Experience with succession planning or proactive pipeline building for senior leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with executive recruiters and shape recruiter–researcher ways of working.
  • Strong capability in creating search strategies, mapping markets, and delivering high-quality, data-led research and insights.
  • Experience working in-house in a high-growth business and/or exposure to financial services or technology industries (ideally with a passion for fintech).
