What you will do
- Lead the design of ’s executive sourcing framework, including standards for research, mapping, and candidate engagement.
- Partner with executive recruiters on live searches, co-owning sourcing and research strategy and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Design and embed a recruiter–sourcer partnership framework (role kick-offs, milestone check-ins, stakeholder touchpoints, feedback loops).
- Build succession pipelines for C-suite and board roles and prioritize where time is spent for maximum impact.
- Create and maintain in-depth market maps of leadership talent across and adjacent industries.
- Use analytics and market insights to improve search efficiency and effectiveness, including process “moon shots”.
Requirements
- Significant experience sourcing and researching at executive or board level, either in-house or at a top-tier executive search firm.
- Experience leading or building sourcing/research frameworks for an in-house function.
- Experience with succession planning or proactive pipeline building for senior leadership roles.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with executive recruiters and shape recruiter–researcher ways of working.
- Strong capability in creating search strategies, mapping markets, and delivering high-quality, data-led research and insights.
- Experience working in-house in a high-growth business and/or exposure to financial services or technology industries (ideally with a passion for fintech).
