What you will do

• Set the vision and operating model for the Board and Executive Hiring function.
• Partner directly with the Board, Executive Committee, and Chief People Officer to shape leadership strategy.
• Lead high-stakes, confidential executive searches for C-suite and Board appointments.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of executive recruiters and sourcers.
• Drive executive succession planning, organizational design, and leadership calibration.
• Leverage market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and build a world-class executive talent ecosystem.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading Executive, C-suite, and Board hiring in high-growth tech or modern financial services.
• Proven ability to influence without hierarchy and build alignment across complex stakeholder groups.
• Experience partnering on organizational design, executive succession planning, and leadership strategy.
• Strong commercial judgement and deep understanding of executive compensation and equity.
• Ability to advise Board Chairs and senior leadership with confidence and integrity.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to London (visa sponsorship provided).
