Location: Remote for candidates currently living in the United States.

Salary: USD 130,000–150,000 per year, with possible performance-based incentives or bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of performance and growth strategies, connecting performance management, talent reviews, development planning, succession, and career growth.
• Use Workday Performance and Talent Management capabilities, talent data, and insights to improve decision-making.
• Partner with Enterprise IT, Workday teams, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital talent experiences.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, self-service, and workforce analytics to talent processes.
• Strengthen manager capability in performance, coaching, development, and talent conversations.
• Translate talent priorities into adoption strategies, practical enablement, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in talent management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, performance management, leadership development, or related disciplines.
• Extensive experience with Workday Performance and Talent Management capabilities.
• Experience leading performance, talent, or development initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of talent reviews, succession planning, career development, leadership development, and workforce capability building.
• Product mindset with strong analytical, facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, execution, and change leadership skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled ways of working, digital talent experiences, workforce analytics, or employee-facing technologies.
