What you will do

• Provide strategic HRBP support for Engineering and R&D, advising leaders on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Translate business objectives into concrete people initiatives in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Manage complex employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Develop sustainable solutions to evolve team structures and roles to support the scaling of R&D.
• Leverage HR data and feedback to drive informed decision-making and prioritize high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, specifically supporting Engineering or R&D teams.
• Proven experience with the challenges of scaling development organizations and creating career paths.
• Hands-on expertise in workforce planning and performance development in a tech-driven environment.
• Track record of implementing HR initiatives and supporting change processes.
• Fluent in German and English.
