What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of eight wind turbine technicians through performance evaluations and technical mentorship.
• Ensure strict compliance with OH&S legislation and hirify.global’s Health & Safety programs, particularly for working at heights.
• Supervise daily maintenance activities to maximize turbine uptime, reliability, and service quality.
• Manage site budgets, track expenditures, and prepare turbine performance reports using SCADA and SAP.
• Coordinate weekly work planning, shift scheduling, and on-call rotations for the service team.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for site owners and maintain regional stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma in Electrical, Electromechanical, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical teams, including 3 years in field-based maintenance or operations.
• Strong electrical and/or mechanical experience; wind turbine experience is an asset.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Ability to climb and work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license for regional travel.
