Site Lead (Wind Energy): Leading the installation, maintenance, and repair of wind turbines and related equipment with an accent on technical leadership and safety compliance. Focus on troubleshooting high-voltage electrical and mechanical systems and training service technicians to ensure plant reliability.
Location: Baie-Saint-Paul, Quebec, Canada. Must be able to work in Canada without company sponsorship.

What you will do
- Lead and train Service Technicians in component assembly, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of wind turbines.
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair low to medium voltage electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
- Conduct and review safety analyses of potential electrical and mechanical hazards.
- Perform Root Cause Analyses to accurately determine the reasons for equipment failures.
- Monitor tool and spare parts inventory and maintain required documentation and records.
- Schedule and track the progress of preventative maintenance to meet established guidelines.
Requirements
- Associate degree, technical school certificate, or 4+ years of directly related work experience.
- 5 years of directly related work experience in the field.
- Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate safety and job-related information.
- Ability to work in Canada without company sponsorship and ability to travel to the US for training.
- Valid driver's license and ability to safely travel to the wind farm within 45 minutes in emergencies.
- Physical ability to climb vertical ladders (100m), manipulate up to 23kg, and work in extreme weather conditions.
