What you will do

• Coordinate activities between engineering, construction, and project control groups.
• Facilitate technical meetings and design reviews with stakeholders.
• Define technical strategies and supply plans in collaboration with project managers.
• Participate in the selection and technical negotiation of suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Ensure engineering and supply deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements.
• Manage non-conformances and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Must be a certified member of the O.I.Q.
• Legal status to work in Canada is required.
• Experience in hydroelectricity, energy-producing equipment, or related manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in technical coordination and subcontracting.
• Proficiency in both French and English (verbal and written) is required.
