What you will do

• Perform operation and maintenance of the solar facility per contracts, plans, and budgets.
• Optimize facility performance and production.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards.
• Monitor SCADA, manage alarms, and minimize downtime with 24-hour availability.
• Manage subcontractors, complete reports, and conduct safety inspections.
• Operate heavy equipment and represent the company with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role
• College or Career College degree
• Training in electromechanics or electricity preferred
• Experience with renewable energy, voltage converters, SCADA, PLCs as assets
• Knowledge of mobile vehicles (tractor, ATV)
• Valid Class G driver’s license
• Based at Stardale, ON site (O3 level)
